We are proud to announce Jessica Darling as our Memory Support Program Director. In addition to her leadership roles in Human Resources, Jessica is a certified CARES® Dementia Specialist (C.D.S.). CARES® is a nationally recognized, award-winning, evidence-informed set of programs to improve dementia-care skills and increase knowledge and understanding in different areas of person-centered dementia care. This specialized credential makes Jessica ideal to lead our Memory Support Program. Her areas of focus are ongoing staff training, communication strategies, behavior management, caregiver support, and creating dementia-friendly environments.
